EMAIL LIST – If you sign up for our email list, we will send you occasional emails about SchwagBox and/or its partners, which may include promotional offers from us or them (or both). We will not share, sell or rent this list to anyone. Each email will have a link to unsubscribe.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION – If you’ve signed up for a SchwagBox subscription, we store your name, address, phone number and other information, including your payment method, collected during the signup process on a secure server. This information is only shared with our payment processing partner (PayPal) in order to authorize and charge your credit card or withdraw funds from your PayPal account. Your payment information is not shared with anyone else. Your personal information is not shared with third party in any way that may personally identify you except as necessary to operate this website and fulfill orders. This means certain trusted third parties may have access to your information, such as our website host, shopping cart, shipping and merchant services providers and our email list manager. This information is used only to fulfill your order, communicate with you and help us determine the best products and services to provide.

You may be asked to provide a password. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure. If you lose your password, you may email us from the email address associated with your account and we will provide instructions on how to reset it.

We may aggregate information about our subscribers (aka customers) to determine demographic data, and this aggregated, anonymized information may be shared with brand partners. Your email and phone number will only be used to contact you for SchwagBox business, they will not be sold, rented or shared with any third party for direct communication with you. We may email you promotional offers from brand partners on occasion.

Your information may be transferred to a third party as an asset as part of a merger or sale of part of all of SchwagBox, Inc., or as part of any bankruptcy proceeding or court order. Any such third party would be bound by the terms of this privacy policy.

If you would like to cancel your service, delete your account and/or be removed from all communications, please email us and we will make the necessary changes in a reasonable amount of time. If you just want to be removed from our general mailing list, use the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.

SURVEY RESPONSES – Our monthly product surveys include questions provided by each brand partner that had a product in that month’s box. Your answers will be aggregated and anonymized and provided to that brand partner. Only the answers to questions from a particular brand parter will be provided to that partner. For example, answers about Company A’s energy bar will not be shared with Company B.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS – Our brand partners may occasionally make available discounts, coupons, coupon codes, sales or other promotions to subscribers to the service and/or our email list. We will send these offers via email on their behalf and will not share your emails with them directly. Some of these offers may include affiliate links, which will place cookies on your device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) in order to track sales so that we may earn a commission. This tracking information will not be shared with any third party outside of the affiliate program used, or the retailer or shopping site to which it links. These affiliate links give SchwagBox a percentage of your purchase without affecting the price you pay, and that revenue helps us continue to provide our services for a low monthly price.

FEEDBACK & SOCIAL MEDIA – Any information, ideas, suggestions or comments you provide via our website or social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) will be used to communicate with you and will not be shared with others beyond what is publicly visible through normal usage of said platforms. Any ideas submitted via any means will be considered free and unencumbered and as such we may use them without compensation or acknowledgement at our sole discretion.

HOW WE PROTECT YOU & YOUR INFORMATION – We use technology provided by third parties that use current standards for online security. While no computer system is 100% safe, we believe our practices provide reasonable protection against fraud and data theft commensurate with the type of data provided. We do not solicit sales or information from children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not order SchwagBox on your own; get your parents or guardian to order for you with their personal and payment information.
